Sportful takes over as Tudor Pro Cycling's kit supplier in 2026, marking a shift from Assos.
Since its founding in 2022, Tudor Pro Cycling has been a Swiss affair, led by ex-pro Fabian Cancellara. Based in Sursee near Luzern, the team boasts a Swiss watch brand as its lead sponsor, rides BMC bikes with DT Swiss wheels, and has been kitted out by Assos. Its roster includes 15 Swiss men, with French star Julian Alaphilippe as its two-time former world champion.
However, for 2026, Italian brand Sportful will take over as kit supplier, thanks to Cancellara's deep-rooted connection with the brand, predating Tudor Pro Cycling.
Cancellara reflects on his career, highlighting the 2010 season with Team Saxo Bank as a defining moment, where he won the first three Monuments, the Tour de France prologue, and the time trial world championship. Unsubstantiated rumors of a hidden motor on his bike circulated during this period.
Tudor Pro Cycling CEO, Raphael Meyer, emphasizes Sportful's decades of expertise and commitment to innovation, stating that Sportful's designers are collaborating with riders, including Alaphilippe, to develop next-generation race apparel focused on aero gains, thermoregulation, and rider comfort.
Sportful will launch its new Tudor Pro Cycling co-engineered clothing range in 2026, available for public purchase.
